Not got any photos of this at the moment, and haven't done a sketch up because I'm not 100% settled on the design. I can't seem to get my head in the game but unfortunately I no longer have any time left to procrastinate, so I've just ordered a load of steel to rebuild the inside of the restaurant.
I'm posting this as I'm certain I'll need help and advice in the coming weeks! Now that I've got the Snap-On/Cebora up and running thanks to the advice here, I'm all set!
The rough plan is thus;
Steel frame counters, with the fronts/sides filled in with something, either sheet steel, corrugated mild or something more interesting.
50x50mm angle made into frames to hold some rough cut scaffold board lookalike wood covering up some slate walls we don't want to look at any more, and to create a couple of dividers/walls.
A set of shelves for behind the counters.
A booth and a few benches/half booth jobbys.
A cage/mesh cabinet to hold wood we've picked up from various places locally that we dry out ourselves and use for smoking. The cabinet will have three sections each with a label describing the type of wood, the year it was picked up and where from. This is more for show than anything else.
I'll hopefully have something a bit more solid over the next few days, as the steel arrives on Thursday! I'm usually a lot more organised when it comes to projects like this, but I've been unable to really focus on it and while I have an overall idea of the whole thing I've not nailed down the finer details. things like fittings and how it all goes together. I'm not settled on what the counter tops will look like for instance. Worst case scenario I'll just buy a cheap inoffensive worktop and replace it at a later date.
