Hi all i was doing some welding for my brother over the weekend halfway through the welding the bottle got knocked over i did not have my cart so the bottle was not secure my fault.
My question is the regulator has two gauges one for bottle content and one telling you flow, the flow is the gauge thats bent and broken.
what i have done is removed the gauge and capped the outlet off and what im hoping can be done is open up the flow valve to fully open position and install a flow meter and use this to regulate my flow instead, i think this will work just fine, all im doing is basically bypassing the the regulators flow valve and using the new flow meters valve instead.
I would just buy a new regulator but this one is only two weeks old.
