I have a number of battery powered tools where the batteries are either beginning to or have failed. Sending them away to be re celled costs more than a new drill/tool in most cases! Have any of you guys recelled your own batteries successfully? Can you recommend a decent supplier of the cells? They can be found relatively cheaply on ebay but are all from Hong Kong or China, so I am wary about the quality. I found this place online:

Anyone used them or have good reports about somewhere else? I presume with these tagged cells its just a case of putting the cells in the correct orientation, melting the solder tabs together and covering the join with some heatshrink or the like?
