Hi everyone. I've been lurking for a while - reading, reading and more reading!
But I now have a question which I've not been able to find an answer just by searching.
I've just bought a second-hand Migatronic Rally 166 - I'm over the moon with it, as it replaces one of those awful Screwfix Kende things which was only fit for use as a paperweight.
However, I'm wondering if there is something missing where the reel of wire is held. I'm using a 5kg reel of wire, which when slid onto the reel holder locates on a "knob" sticking out from a backing piece (hope that makes sense so far). But then the big plastic locking nut which goes onto the reel holder does not go far enough onto the holder to stop the reel moving forwards off the backing piece.
I've had a look at the documentation available on the Migatronic website, but there isn't enough detail to see what the reel holder is meant to look like, or if there is a spacer or something missing.
I hope my rambling makes sense - if not, I'll try and work out how to get a picture on here.
In the meantime - great forum! Thanks in advance for your help.
Ian.
