Looks ok ish but to me the travel speed is a little to slow. I would expect the arc to stay maintained at a faster feed rate on 4mm material.
that machine does have a pilot start bud..i have the same machineIs that really how a rtech cuts? Doesn't look right to me. Is it because it's not a pilot arc machine? Never used one without pilot arc.

so after all that it was a high power dry joint causing the fault on the machine
Yep - I always felt the cutter wasn't firing on all ' cylinders ' - At least I stand a better chance of getting some good use out of it. Or if I do sell it , Can make sure the person is getting a decent machine.
