Does a switch on a motor need to switch neutral as well as live? I've got a switch I want to use but it's only single pole so I can only switch the live connection. Light switches only have a live connection but all the big three phase switches I've got have 3 lives and a neutral.
Basically what I'm asking; Is this safe? The switch is rated for 500v 10a btw. And is it a good idea to have it grounded here too (There's also a ground in the motor).
