I am going to be trying some Upol Reface over epoxy on my next repaint but I'm really conscious I don't want it sucking moisture from the air while I get ready to sand it. I thought I would probably be in a situation where it would be left for a week or more. I do have a dehumidifier in the garage but practically every restored car I see seems to get filler expanding or some micro blistering after a few years and I would like to avoid it. I thought I would spray on the coats and then possibly cover with epoxy again that would be sanded off, but there must be something better that sands off easier and is also water proof. I wondered about a couple of coats of celly or solvent base in black that becomes the guide coat Does anyone else do this?
Thanks,
Dan
