Hi.
I would like some advice / guidance on the correct procedure for setting up tooling on an (old) press brake. Specifically how to best go about using the adjustable tooling clamps to get an even bend angle across the length of the tool. Its a (non-CNC) 1500 mm x 30 Tonne RICO brake with Promecam style / Euro tool holders.
At the moment I'm doing it by trial and error and getting mixed results. I'm sure someone who has experience with this can steer me on a more systematic way of doing it.
If any one can help I'd really appreciate contacting me.
Many thanks.
Andy
