I want to reuse the knobs that were used with vacuum actuators on my car with electro-mechanical replacement systems that use potentiometers.
I was able to remove the knob internals, which are now mostly hollow, It would be good to be able to pour in a plastic which will set that I can then drill out to the correct diameter to fit on the pot.
I don't want use epoxy glue as it would be too hard to drill or heat glue which would be too soft on a hot day.
Any suggestions of what to use?
