Hey all,
Does anyone have to cut a tool to cut a J section (2.34mm pitch, 40 degrees) poly-V pulley that I might be able to borrow for 1 quick job, please? I have a phenolic disc (similar to Tufnol) and I need to make a 10-groove pulley.
I realise I could grind a piece of HSS, but wanted to avoid if possible and use the right tool for the job.
I'm in London, but am happy to pay for postage both ways, of course. I'm sure @Seadog will vouch for me that I won't just steal it.
Even just a parting blade style insert like below would do the trick. Happy to buy one insert, but can only find in packs of 10.
Thanks in advance!
Dax.
