Hi all,
I recently bought a Cut 50 plasma cutter and it arrived damaged. The front and rear case protrusions have been bent over. It was well packaged so must have had a hefty bash or been dropped / thrown.
The supplier has offered by a 20% discount as compensation but my concern is will this have affected the life of the unit ?
I don't know much about the internals of a plasma cutter. Is it just a power supply or are there more sensitive components.
Can't test it at the moment as waiting for an air compressor to arrive.
I would still have the 1 year warranty but it may have a reduced lifetime after that.
