No chance of that I am afraid. I would not pay the dealers as they are inept. They bank on people knowing nothing and changing something that might be the cause and if it isn't then tough luck on you. I would not want to get in a war of words with them. I doubt they can interpret the data correctly from what I can glean from peoples experiences on the Peugeot forums.
I have a good quality reader that reads every other car I have used it on except this particular car
3.P0704 Clutch pedal switch Signal improbable. That is because there is not one fitted to my car and has never been as there is no wires or poaition on the clutch mechanism for it ti fit!. These are used like my Tiguan to ensure you press the clutch when you start the car. A safety feature apparently!
My BMW Indy read and tried to reset an ActiveSteering error message on my e60 but his generic software

The one that really annoys me is when you press the brake pedal and it automatically kills the throttle signal, perhaps I want to drive along pressing both the brake and the throttle so I can dry my brakes after going through water or the rear drums are rusty and sticky this time of year because of the damp and I want to clean them so they will work properly when I actually need to brake. This stuff ****** me off,
