Strictly speaking, I guess that you are looking for a new module, the PCB is just the component that is the bed for all the other components. The module may well be quite specific to one model of one manufacturer's product range. Whatever piece of kit you have there, a good first step would be to Google the service manual ( or instruction book) for "Blogos Welder Type ABC" or whatever it is. That document would tell what the module does and what the manufacturer's part number is.
Hi, It is from a MARS 200 Mig Welder. there is no part number or markings other that what is on the relay's. I have had a test done on it and appears one of the relays are not working, worst case it to get a new one of those which are available and have it replaced. A new board would make it easier.
Hi there,I have a problem with my welder in that it doesn't feed any wire at all,the machine powers up(lights on,fan running etc)but when the trigger is pulled on the torch I only get a click,I've tried a direct power feed to the wire feed motor and it works OK so I'm suspecting the pcb,does...
Is the module faulty?
It looks a fairly simple board that any good electronic engineer should be able to have a crack at.
Have a good look at the solder joints on the connectors. They frequently develop dry joints. You may need a magnifying glass or jewellers loupe to see them.
Most of the components will be generic and obtainable.
It could be bad contacts in the relay contacts.
