Hi guys, as you can probably gather I'm new to the forum, and welding in general for that matter. Looking for some advice if possible. I have only used one welder in my life, an ERP MIG 210 turbo at work but I'm looking for one of my own.
I have a budget of £400, I'm looking for around 180amp. It will be used for my vw golf project so will be used for thin metal but I would like to option to weld thicker stuff when I need to.
I've been looking at the sealey supermig 180 and various others like the swp redline 170 180 etc.
Links to the two,

Maybe somebody could advise me on a better machine for my low budget. I would like a new machine, just for warranty and piece of mind purposes really. I very nearly ordered the sealey but I just don't want to part with my cash until I've got advise from people who actually know what they are talking about.
Thanks in advance, hope to hear from somebody soon.
