That’s good. I’ve cleaned my chuck and remounted and now have 10thou. God knows how.I've just chucked up one of the forks stanchions, in the 3jaw. 0.05mm TIR. Cant complain with that

I suppose there are only a few ways it can be done. The downfall of mine is you have to be careful you don't compress two of the pistons as the other will pop out

CF causes loose of grip. So..you would think there would be some calc to know what torque id required to stop the part from slipping.
