Ok so it looks like MC1-1/MC1-2 are NO contacts to switch the transformer and MC1-3/MC1-4 are NC contacts to short resistor R1 across the output when the contactor drops out. It's just a bleed resistor for the capacitor.
I'll check if I have a spare auxilliary for that contactor. Apart from the missing NO contacts is it actually pulling in when you use the trigger?
At a push, you could get away with one NO contact to power on the transformer, and one NC contact to short the bleed resistor across the capacitor bank.
That Telemecanique LC1 D18 01 has three sets of NO contacts ( L1 - T1, L2 - T2, L3 - T3 ) and one set of NC contacts 21 - 22.
