I am not saying this will work in your case.
I have a Smartphone and a PDA, both with active sync on. The PDA always behave itself and syncs to the home PC without any problem but the Smartphone usually doesn’t. Both work OK at my PC in the office though.......
As this is the case, can you borrow a PDA with active sync on it, and get them off that way?
Alternatively, borrow another Smartphone, and set that one up to get your data off?
All of the above is talking to the PC via Outlook.
For the future, you could look at sync-ing your contacts with Google. That way all you need is a Gmail account and then upload into your part of the Google ether. That way all your phone numbers are available via Google on an internet connection. This has got me out of trouble with a dead Smartphone twice now.
