Well I need one for a job i have in a neighbours garden and i have a bit area of concrete to break up so I thought i'd push it to almost the top of current projects im not attempting to finish
rescued a bit of 1" plate from the scrap skip when my friend moved yards
Gave me a chance to test my rebuilt petrol saw
this is roughly the shape that came out
the pointy bit was always sticking out of the plate when i got it and i could see one day a ripper was hiding in it
Too straight though needs a curve to it
more like it
needs support behind it so found a length of 4" x 1/2" bar
Little cut40 had no issue with it
used the plasma to chamfer the plate for welding does everyone else use it for this ? i do all the time saves on grinding
tacked in place
Fitted to mounting place and now working out gussets
3 or 4 ?
angled or straight ?
any thoughts ?
