Hi,
Just started a new job yesterday after my old firm went bust at the end of last year, when i was welding at my old firm i was only welding small things in runs of only about 150mm at most, at my new job it is on a much bigger scale, welding in runs of around a metre a time, problem is when welding these sort of runs by the time i get 3/4 of theway through the welding my gloves are red hot and i'm finding myself trying to pull my hand used to stabilize the gun out of the way, but its still heating up that much that i getting bad blisters on my knuckles, my gloves are brand new so its not burning through, but the gloves themselves are just getting hot, anyone got any suggestions or technique tips to help prevent this?
Regards
