G'day all,
Im Joe, retired electrical engineer thats the worserest welder ever hatched, BUT Im very good with an angle grinder so you will never know.
I have been reading various sections of the forum and have found some things that are "very excellent ". The mods and owner (s ) have done very well.
So, Im into cooking and noticed a wonderful little section called Chillies ( thats a spello actually, Chili is one l NOT two, and nope I aint no american )
It had some very nice advice and ANY advice on chili is good advice, We ( wifey n eye ) probably eat three or four kilos a year.
Our favorite is Habanero Turbo, a yellow version of Habanero, except its hotter with the most superb flavour and afterburn. ( WITHOUT the bum burn ).
Very similar to Jamaican Scotch Bonnet. We usually grow about 10 varieties every year.
I design and make various bits of audio equipment now, and have given up the digital crap completely, although I once was a designer in the area.
I only use valves now and have dropped any sand type products ( silicon or geranium ).
Still a keen motorcyclist with lots of skin grafts to prove it. A photographer using film ( didg ee tal is rubbish ).
A bit of a wood butcher and love my joinery work.
So good to meet you all
