Or, you can add usually add a block with ports to take out an oil-free supply before the lubricator.Many commercial lubricators with air dryers are basically two blocks screwed together and in many cases the lubricator section can often be removed to leave just the air dryer section.

My comment wasn't aimed at you, but at the idea of using a dropout to get rid of oil when you have a lubricator fitted instead of getting rid of the lubricator.
