I’m probably asking the impossible, but…in low temperatures, what would you use to protect inner wheel arches after welding. Ideally I’d prefer white stone chip - you can see it’s clean after you’ve washed it! Since it’s for an ’88 G Wagen 300GD that is definitely not for show, I’m not too bothered about the finish, I’m more concerned with functionality.
Unfortunately I’ll be working in an unheated shed so temperatures are going to be less than 10*C. I do have some 250w infrared heat lamps that we use for chick brooding. I also have a compressor, about 7cfm.
