Thank you for the update. I am glad that the problem was solved and the welder is working now.Hi! Hearing back from me and the welder. I had the kemppi at service, seems like some kind on water pressure sensor wasn't working right and thats why it didn't let the welding process start. Photo of faulty component down below. (Redmarked)
Welder seems to weld great the tig too.

It is with a WU10 water cooler, yes. Otherwise the welding unit is pretty much the sameYou have a different model than mine it seems like, I do not have anything for water cooling built into mine.

Hi yes, I'm aware. Couldn't find a new cable for the torch so i cut it and refitted a new fitting to it. The positive current flows through the same water cooled line through a copper cable inside. Eventually that same cabole/hose will start leaking again because of age but it's ok for now.Just a note.
If you restrict the water flow by using hose clamps than maybe the pressure switch (on water outlet) kicks in and disable your machine.
Hi Simon! I'm sorry for the delayed answer. Welcome to the forum btw I'm new here tooHej.
did they change the pressure sensor ?
I have the same welder, with same problem.
I will have a look at this, maybe this is my problem.
Thank you for keeping this updated with info.

Also If someone is having the same problem as I have here. I would recomend to separate the coolant line from the torch current cable with an adapter of some sort. It's really hard to get these types of welding cables. They're mostly custom made my professionals. Now asking by curiosity, one of the water cooled lines (The red and white hose) to the tig-torch is leaking. Does it matter what kind of an hose I change this to? Or can I just press fit an new hose that is the same size?
