Careful with your driving , you too could be done for driving without due care and attention or driving in an unsafe manner doing what you suggesting.
I attended a local neighbourhood/ countryside watch setting up session .
One guy full of himself was bragging in front of the on duty copper & scheme coordinators and twenty of interested parties which also contained four off duty police constables and two higher ranks that he would drive up to the thirty mile an hour sign outside the village at 60 mph , then ram his brakes on, to slow to 25 MPH or less in his Range Rover to slow other people up who he reckoned were " driving badly " in the village or behind him.
He was told by the on duty copper in no uncertain terms that if caught doing that he would be lifted as he is not empowered to do such a thing and he'd also be done for driving with out due care and consideration . He was also told that if he caused an accident the book would be thrown at him if it could be proved that he has taken that course of action .. we were then told of some of the high spec cameras being used in unmarked police vehicles.
The guy didn't know where to hide his red face.

i only really get it when on the bikes. Little boys in 1200 corsa's trying to show off to the missus. I had one try to overtake me at 60mph, i accelerated up to his speed and kept him out on the wrong side of the road. He had to slam his brakes on and pull back in behind me when he noticed the tractor coming towards him.
not exactly legal but he didn't fancy tailgating or overtaking again. Was behind me for another 6 miles or so and the closest he got was about 40 yards
haha i had one guy in an evo, revving and creeping forwards on what i knew was a long set of lights. I waited a bit then revved the bike and jumped forwards about a foot and grabbed the brake. He thought it was Santa pod and flew off through the red light only to realise there was a camera set up. Nice big flash. I caught up at the next set of lights still grinning and he wouldn't look at meI just let them get on with it, probably go past them when they've ended up in a ditch a few miles down the road the only time I tend to demonstrate what a bike will do is the traffic light "grand prix" when they keep rolling slowly forward, I just sit there at tickover 'til the lights change them leave them in the dust!.
