I worked shifts for over 30 years. One individual on another shift would always find jobs at the end of his shift to be done on the next shift. The jobs were nearly always impossible because we either didn’t have the time to complete or the resources necessary. In honour of that individual we formulated the Todd Law, which simply states “Nothing is impossible if you don’t have to do it yourself.” I commend it to youSadly the issue with that job is the fact those that have no knowledge of the work would never realise in a million years how difficult it is to achieve what you have.
Fantastic job.
Making that would terrify me.
beautifully done, anything out of tolerance would look like a dogs dinner.
Says the man who never measures anything.
I hope you were well paid for it.
Assume you fit the spindles into the substrate and then the handrail on top?
Nice execution whatever

Fantastic job.
BTW, nice bend in the rail. How did you do that? Nibble and weld? or hydraulic?
Ah, so you cheatedI bought 2 x 90 degree curved pieces of handrail from Brundles and welded together to make semi circle.
Pretty much the way I thought. It's a right swine getting spacing compliant on them jobs. Mostly requires a string must have been well planned with a builder who actually followed a drawingMade the main terrace panels in 1m sections as they were so heavy! Regarding the stairs, these were done individually and top rail welded on after. It was such a hot day the resin was setting in minutes!
