ive been popping in for quite a while now on and off for tips but finally got around to registering ,i like building ,modding and repairing machines ,and welding is something i really would like to master now ive a bit more spare time ,ive had a welder of one sort or another for ages but never managed to get any where near acceptable standards it sticks and does the job but ITS UGLY and definitely nothing i would want anyone looking at lol , ive a sealey supermig 150 "in all fairness thats not bad but again theres a huge scope for improvement "and a clarke 150 buzz box "no comment" a week or so back i borrowed a mates parweld inverter mma just for something different to try for a job "what a difference a decent welder made ,stick welds neater than mig " anyway just ordered one today because i was that impressed (plus i wanted a new toy and as ive a few jobs to do in the workshop over the next couple of months i justified it to myself )
anyway enough rambling
