Hi a very long time since I was last on here and all the help provided. T25 welded up, Landy project completed (or perhaps more truthfully work in progress) and now on to a Toyota Landcruiser HZJ79.
Albee Gas bottle empty and too far away to exchange in time frame so bought a hobby weld bottle. The Albee came with a regulator with a male quick release coupling. And I connected with what possibly is a specialist connector for that bottle, My Wescol regulator came with a whip and I'm ok at the regulator end but the other end is an odd short male connector and I am not sure what the female part required. In that female parts are more expensive than the male part would it be easier to replace the male end in the whip with a longer tail that will fit my existing female coupling. The male tail would need to allow connection to the 1/4in whip hose.
Advice please and if possible a link to the right part.
Many thanks
Jonathan
