Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some help to identify a couple of IGBT's on the main board of my V205-t TIG welder that has just exploded!!
The PCB seems to have survived intact with just some heat damage to the laquer coating, however at least 3 of the 5 IGBT's have destroyed themselves.
So far I have identified:
70MT060WHTAPBF x2 - I think this must be a later machine because on other posts here these seem to be 2 SOT-227 components, IXFN80N50, which aren't soldered to the PCB which mine are.
FF1N30HS6 x1
and now the components that I can't identify, I know they are made by IXYS, there are 2 of them, but the part number is burned away too much, it starts "TB29" ends "1107", but I just can't find the part when I search.
And just to give you an idea of what the PCB looks like, I have cleaned it now and removed the blistered laquer:
Any help, advice or experts that can help would be appreciate...I hate to throw this machine away.
