The depth gauge/stop is identical to the one on my Kerry Drillmaster, which was made by the same group as Qualters & Smith and some other brands. Looking again the motor mount/belt tensioning system looks quite similar too. Any particular reason for identifying it? There's not much to a belt drive pillar drill.
If it runs and there's no play in the quill or bearings it's probably worth a ton or so, although that wiring looks a bit vintage; does it have a no-volt release switch?
