ah cool. these are the things i dont know... i see Sealy, Draper and one made in Italy.. i thought the 5 year guarantee would be better“German”
Yeah, right oh.
It’s a Chinese machine given a German-sounding name, they do that all the time.
thats all i can could think it could have been lol. Ihad no idea why they say turbo thoughPs the turbo is normally a fan in the unit that cools the unit down as your welding so you can weld longer that all I never even got near over heat as I cut some weld some and repeat
I don't really know welding that well as some say on here I can stick bits of metal together that won't fall apart
And I started with a sip migmate an very old welder and done me ok not good but ok but buy a good welder and it makes learning not easy but ok get a bad welder you are always trying to find why it's not right spatter wire not feeding right or with the china ones some don't even work when they turn up
As above quality shows you don't have to pay the earth but spend money well
Clark are good and good for the money but not pro stuff gys rtech are step above with warranty next step is miller and others
You have a massive amount of good welders on here that have used most if not all of the welders on the market
Post what you would like to spend and they will give you an honest best welders to buy
price wise not much, if a reliable one at 150 that would have been great..or 200quid would take longer, but if told there was one quite a bit better than the 150 one i would rather wait etc. trouble is they all keep going up a bit, so i guess generally better or more features... there has to be a cut off point though for me, and it couldnt be much past 200.
i just checked, it sold earlier, thanks anywayIf this is still for sale it would be way better than a brand new hobby mig of any description.View attachment 150519
