I think they do Battery Chargers....maybe they are Industry Leader in that field.......Im pretty sure theyre not leaders in Welding but they do sell Welding Machines.....I believe once upon a time they were rebadged Chinese, or maybe Chinese components put togther in France......Im not sure what they do these days

from what i have seen they are manufacturing in France with quality components, and are now offering the big boys some serious competition. As far as i was aware there was a guy posting from gys HQ a while back.Tom may remember.

Depends who you refer to as “big boys” gys have made some quality leaps in recent years and they’ve upped their game with the welding gear no one can deny that but they are still a middle weight fighter which sit firmly on a quality level with the Cebora, orelikon, telwin, type stuff. They only pose a threat on the real high industrial level of equipment when simply talking price nothing else.
I’d put anything of ours up against it like for like and with all due respect it would bash it to death.

There used to be a chap called Bruno that would post similar on Facebook welding & fab groups; I looked briefly at the link in this post before Admin removed it and I do believe it showed a chap called Bruno in the article, he's CEO...
