Hi all
Thought you may like to see my DIY TIG cooler (for WP20 Torch) I went with the principle of K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Stupid) and it seems to have worked, 12v caravan pump from eBay £15 10ltr tub £3 I am using a 12v transformer but have ordered a smaller more compact one £9. I have used it a fair bit and the torch doesn't even get warm did some welding at 135amp and all went well.
I realise there's a lot better coolers out there but for what I need it does the job fine, just need to get some coolant now not sure what to go with as I don't fancy paying £30 a gallon for welding coolant surely automobile coolant has anti corrosives in it these days to prevent the pipes from clogging up?
