I have a boc migmaster 130, which has seen better days. It seems difficult to get a clean weld ( suspect the earth clamp may not be great, as there are minimal points of contact). Can anyone recommend a good mig welder, around 130 amp, that may be used heavily, but periodically, to restore a couple of classic cars (neither have a thick metal chassis). Budget is a concern, I am retired and can't justify spending a fortune. However, i can't abide poor quality tools, so want something decent. I have bought a decent auto darkening helmet and have a large Argoshield cylinder on rental. Also important are reliability and ease of use. I am a novice with much to learn. Should I consider a TIG? I have only a 13 amp supply in my garage
