Apologies for an absolute numpty question, but my knowledge of fixing anything other than bicycles is zero.
Could anyone advise on what type of glue would be most effective to fix a plastic shower door runner. Difficult to know what type of plastic it is, but it feels "glossy" as though it would be impervious to any type of glue sticking to it. Plus it will get wet. I guess I can scuff the mating surfaces to give glue a chance.
I did have some Tensol kicking about at one point but can't find it now. Would something like that be any good?
The cost will escalate v. v. quickly if glue won't work & spare parts are no longer available.
Thanks in advance, Richard
