Omniata Forum Supporter Messages 3,191 Location UK Dec 2, 2008 #46 True but they still use it for liquid O2 so I thought on account the oxide layer protects it (?)
A Archie Member Messages 2,297 Dec 2, 2008 #47 I suppose a protective oxide layer makes sense. Still seems like a unhealthy risk to me but I can only assume those what know have done their homework!

They use Ali in O2 admin kits as they bottles are a bit lighter, and lower maintenance. But for smashing the living **** out of something on the back of a trailer, surrounded by 100's more bottles, you can't beat steel Sean
