This is my hot smoker but i'm moving more towards cold smoking .
The firebox is too deep,so i've raised the fire inside,originally I wanted the top of the firebox as a hot plate but I've now cut a door ,much easier to add charcoal and wood
As much as I love (and regularly eat) smoked food, I'm confused as to why it's safe to consume stuff that looks like a smoker's lung.
