Seem to be the cheapest on the net.
I'm a bit confused now. Aren't we now talking about two different discs? I use the polycarbide abrasive discs for stripping paint and rust, and I can see how a good quality one would de-burr and polish - but surely they aren't going to remove material like the ceramic discs that Jim is talking about?
On our car project we are currently using a grinder to take off high welds, then a powerfile with the blue zirconia belts to dress down the weld. Might look into the ceramic discs though.
