hey,
im looking to buy a first welder to teach myself to weld and really don't know much about them - i've just welded a few times using a welder which had two big gas canistors attatched where you turn some handles, it starts hissing and you flint light it...
i'd like to buy a second hand one off a local (New Zealand wide) auction website: www.trademe.co.nz
don't really want to spend more than $150 - if this is not enough for a welder just say but if you can be bothered have a look through:

i don't even really know what you need for a welder, i.e do all of them require co2 gas canisters/ gas canisters or do you get power plug ones too?
here are some ones i have come across: your thoughts if any would be much appreciated - i really just want a welder to teach myself to weld and make medium sized sculptures - engravings in metal and other things like that - just to learn a new skill and amuse myself

(please note that im not a freaking idiot and won't play/do dumb stuff with a welder so don't worry about that)
if you could give any hints please post the link to the welder your talking about and mention what id need to buy to get it working - thanks guys!
