What do you mean by live torch? It works in the same way any other torch works, you just cannot swap them about with other torches as its a built in type and without modification only ESAB torches will fit it. It's built like this to keep it as compact and light as possible which it is. I've used them and I like them. Very simple but clever control panel easy to get good results from. Some people like the torch built in because it does decrease size and weight. I on the other hand would sacrifice adding a bit more size and weight for a euro connection type but it would not put me off buying it. They are every bit as good as the Kemppi equivalent but 200 quid cheaper. It's not a live torch tho is. It?
Can't find much about the gas set up apart from a trolley it sits on .how much of a prob is it if it's being used out n about setting gas up and down
http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/331520403205?nav=SEARCHWhere can you get it for 800?
Ive seen that polish fella before, seems to have stuff for sale below everyone elsehttp://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/331520403205?nav=SEARCH
You can get with a decent lid from a lot of distributers for £900.
It will not be VAT free, you will have to pay it on import or be able to prove the local equivalent has been paid.Yes I e Sen the polish ones ,two sellers on there .I even emailed them to ask what else is on the cost they advertise, apparently that's the price delivered here ,part of the EU.no tax, no import duties etc.
Great till there's a prob ,but I guess they would be covered by ESAB Sweden over all.
Still a long way to go haha.their advertising a package complete with gas ,bottle and reg, not sure any one will change it over here when empty etc ,as will be some difference in their contracts or fitting no doubt.
Food for thought eh,
