Saw this in a US news channel. With ever more 'leccy cars being sold it's only going to get worse.
With continued lack of investment in infrastructure it will only get worse, electric car adoption is relative slow they could keep up if they wanted to, one of the richest states in one of the richest countries of the world.
I can't find the information but I wonder how the increase in energy use of air con compares to that of electric cars, which appears to be the scapegoat.
Idiot at work Has an electric corsa, firstly unbelievable lazy vauxhall just used a stock Corsa and put a motor in the car. Inside it still has the gearbox and exhaust tunnel… when you look underneath it has a cover to hide itWith continued lack of investment in infrastructure it will only get worse, electric car adoption is relative slow they could keep up if they wanted to, one of the richest states in one of the richest countries of the world.

So as soon as you got in the car? are you realllllllllllllly heavy? I've ridden other peoples motorbikes that had an optmistic number of miles left in the tank when I started riding, soon dropped own.He picked me up one day and it had 138 miles, we drove to work normally 16 miles and it went down to 78 miles by the time we got there my maths is bad but not as bad as his range
The range dropped that much on a 16 mile journey It dropped 60 miles of rangeSo as soon as you got in the car? are you realllllllllllllly heavy? I've ridden other peoples motorbikes that had an optmistic number of miles left in the tank when I started riding, soon dropped own.
over ride it, at an increase in cost more than likely. What happens if you want to charge it to go back out
Or you work shifts?
I have wondered how they will get past the we don’t have a driveway issueover ride it, at an increase in cost more than likely.
Demand response appears to be a stop gap, I can't see this replacing infrastructure upgrade, especially considering 1/3 of uk households don't have offroad parking.
I saw Heinz red sauce in Aldi this morning. £3.49 and thought my god what is the world coming to.I believe it was Elon Musk who had a study done on the subject.
The result was that it would take 20-30 years, to get the electrical system to the point that it could handle mass use of electric cars.
The average home and city power supply is only about 75% of what is needed.
With inflation at the current rate, the cost of everything is going to double every five or six years.
Even a used car will remain out of reach of most people.
