I put the panel into the door in that photo. It puts a joddle into the edge of the panel if you hold the piece flat or folds the edge for wire if you let the panel curve upwards.
Same tool as in the 4th photo from 'Mike 109444' above. (Also last-but-one from left in his first photo)
I seem to recall it having 7/8 bore for the 'wheels' but I'm not sure. Still recovering from spinal surgery so not permitted to visit the workshop by my wife. Could maybe get her to photograph/measure if you need it?
Slightly rounded edge to the top wheel and, if I were making another, a few different bottom wheels with bigger staggers in the diameter for thicker sheets. Shimming the top wheel outwards would permit bigger radius bends. Unlike most people on here, I don't know what I'm doing but am always learning as I go.
