Got myself into a bit of pickle with an injector stuck on an om651 sprinter engine.
Started with a seized injector, which after much faff resulted in a snapped injector I've managed to drill out the snapped part down the the copper fire washer relatively easy, I'm left with an approx 1mm thick sleeve that won't drill, seems really hard. , can just about see it in the attached picture. What are my options eith it? Not overly fussed what the sides look like as long ad the seat area is good. Wasn't sure if flattening the end of a drill but to make it more like an end mill would help? Or I've a long rotaty bur which I could cut down one side then try and fold it in on itself?
