If any one has one I just wanted to know if they make a noise when turned on.
i think the fan speeds up when it gets hot or thats what it sounded like or there are more than 1 fanA friend of mine had an older one and the fan ran all the time but I think the newer ones are fan on demand so they only come on when the machine is under pressure.
My friend's unit was in a factory and used constantly and the only sound besides the fan was the inverter which you couldn't really hear much when the guillotine kicked up.Used a brand new one at work years ago. Yes they make an odd sort of noise when they start up that is not the fan. Never worked out what noise was, but the people we bought it from said it was quite normal.
i dont suppose i will hear the noise when the water cooler is up and runningMy friend's unit was in a factory and used constantly and the only sound besides the fan was the inverter which you couldn't really hear much when the guillotine kicked up.
What is electrical squealing?electrical squealing
Sounds like it I read the same on a miller forumWhat is electrical squealing?
Is it common on dynasties?
Yeh that's the noises I am talking about lol.5.40 in
Ain't that the truth the cooler will drown out all the noise lol. I'll give it another going over today with some thicker aliDoesn’t sound like you’ve anything to worry about.
Seems to be widely known about and normal. Once the tweco cooler fan is bought into life that miller won’t be heard again.
I knew you had one chev but hadn’t seen you pop up in a good while.Yes its perfectly normal for that noise, owned my Dynasty 200 several years now and it makes that fairly quiet electrical noise all of the time when and barely noticeable,
It also runs for about 20 seconds getting gradually quieter when you shut it down so nothihg to worry about,
Ps, blinding machine fir everything.
