The handle I can live with TBH and I've used a lot worse in the past it's the lines that make it a little difficult. If I was using the torch at most of its length then I don't suppose it would be too bad but having that rapped up around my wrist is rather heavy and unflexible. I would guess they are thick plastic inside where the speedway is 1/3 of its weight and silicon lines. Yes cutting the rubber back would probably help. The only thing about the fronius torch is the double switch allows for calling up jobs and perameter changes without having to move. Small sacrifice really as I've always had to move in the past lol. Your itorch looks to be a lot better than this one IMO. The display on yours looks really cool too.I do luv the onion Shape of the fronius cup.
The gas must flow so well .
I recon you could strip the heavy outer rubber seath and change out the plastic handle on the fronius.
Might not be worth the bother seeing as you have the lovely other torch
90% machine 10% dopey s0d holding the torchSuper clean straight runs there Richard!

They would be easy enough to make if it wasn't for the actual dines. The little locking notch on a dines plug....... god knows but I couldn't do it on my lathe.Someone needs to have a few knocked up on a lathe/mill then get a bit of 3D printing done to make the plastic housing
A lot of them are either pressed in or screwed in.They would be easy enough to make if it wasn't for the actual dines. The little locking notch on a dines plug....... god knows but I couldn't do it on my lathe.
