But do the pedestrians walk over them?In Fareham, the car park, behind the main shopping area. Next to Tesco.
Has smart car size pedestrian walk ways.
Yes.
The smart car drivers park in them.
Some will walk into them to busy looking at their phoneBut do the pedestrians walk over them?
As a bloke I used to work with found out, they send the bailiffs round claiming he had parked for days @ 70quid a pop.
Quite so, that's his storyNot without a County Court Judgement in default they don't. Bailiffs work for the court system, not private parking parasites.

He probably got the standard, erroneous, "you can just ignore it" advice that is prevalent on social media.
Straight out of the book " how to make friends and influence people". I bet everyone was in complete admiration of your cleverness. If its not on the public highway sod all anyone can do,unless your endangering the lives of others around with intent
If its on so called defined private land and its not destructive it becomes a civil matter not criminal
Big example i like to play with not following directional arrows in car parks ,as its not on the public highway, they're there as a guide, not LAW,and if i wanna go out the entrance instead of the exit,as long as i've not cause a danger to others, tuff
Ages ago while riding shotgun with a mate he drove right up to the main entrance(but not blocking it) on the large paved area, got out and walked in the shop, place went mental, ole bill were called, after 20 mins we drove off peeing ourselves,my mate was bang on with the laws Vs their policies
