Unless I am misunderstanding then I don't think that is an issue as it goes to the start of the next cutting point each time it probes, so if there is no material there for the switch then there wouldn't be any material there for starting the arc.Hood that is a very neat set up (I think that you posted it previously?) but for much of the stuff I do, your switch roller would go though previously cut out 'drops'
OK so you have an offset X Y co-ord value set somewhere I presume ? Are you using Sheetcam and does it provide for this in the post processor?
(Watching your video again with this in mind it's obvious that it's probing where it is next to cut )
Sheetcam will re-set this zero point by using the floating Z on every feature,.
