I have a Clarke Pro 90 and have a couple of questions that I hope someone can help with.
I am having problems with the wire feed. It goes through the plastic liner ok (new liner) but keeps snagging when it reaches the wire spring liner thing in the swan neck. Any ideas why? I have tried feeding it through both with the wire liner in place in the swan neck and without, it doesn't seem to make much difference. Is it possible that I need to replace the wire liner?
Second question. I am using C02 to weld 1mm steel. I can't see anywhere in the manual that says what I should set the gas flow to. The regulator is marked 0 to 6, with no indication of what these mean.
Thanks for your help
Richard
