Replacement boards can be sourced from Arceurotrade, around £150-160.
These are relatively easy to repair if you know what your doing. Theyre a copy (with some tweaks added) of the American KB series of brushed dc controllers, with the fault lockout circuit added..
Current sensing is done via the big wire wound resistor.. sometimes the thyristors go faulty, causing fuse blowing, I had occasion to replace the LM324 op amp before today (pita coz they’re smd )
I have a good working one for grabs, if you’re interested pm me.
