Hi All,
Once again, I’m in need of advice from you knowledgeable folk!
I have an old Clarke 155t machine which has been working ok for the passed few years.
I fitted a new steel liner just before Christmas due to feed issues with the old (original?!) plastic liner (See previous post on here).
Over the last few weeks I have begun to get more and more porous welds due to a faulty gas feed...
When the trigger is pulled, the gas comes out as normal but after about a second the flow decreases to virtually nothing........only really useful for tack welding at the mo...
The regulator on the supply cylinder still shows a healthy pressure even when there is nothing coming out!
So, question is, faulty brass switch block in the trigger gun? Faulty regulator? Or something else which I havent considered?
Any help appreciated as always please guys.
