I recently bought a second hand Clarke 150te. The only problem was that the knob for setting the wire speed is missing. I was told it is easy enough to adjust using a screwdriver and it is easy enough to do from behind but not very easy to do from the front, especially if you want to know where it is set. I can't figure out how the original knob was connected to the potentiometer and looking down the hole doesn't give me any clues. If I can do it cheap enough I'd like to source a new knob and get it put together. Does anyone have any idea where I can source one of these and if its possible to reattach it? It looks as though I may need to replace the whole potentiometer if something has broken inside that hole...
If I can't do it cheaply I will just live with it. I guess for the kinda jobs I'll be doing I shouldn't need to make many adjustments once I've got it set up right. But it would be nice to have the option!!
